MSU Financial Aid Scholarships will determine whether you qualify for SMART Grant award and will go first as Estimated. Once confirmed by the federal government, the award is expected to be replaced with the actual awards. There is no separate application, and the award will disburse automatically once you are registered. You may receive the award while enrolled less than full time (12 credits per semester), but the amount disbursed will be less than the amount listed on your award letter. All Financial Aid Scholarships recipients must have a GPA of 3.0. http://www.callforpapersinfo.com
